Services
MS Industry Consulting supports automation projects where requirements, decisions, and execution must hold throughout the project lifecycle. Engagements can be focused on specific phases, but are often delivered as integrated support across larger parts of the project. This reduces interfaces, simplifies decision-making, and creates better conditions for stable operations – especially in complex investments.

Läs mer →Interim & operational support
In some situations, analysis and decision support are not sufficient. The organization needs temporary operational reinforcement – someone who can step in, take on a defined role, and contribute in day-to-day work for a limited period of time.
I take on interim or operational roles when production, technical initiatives, or changes need to be carried in daily operations. This may involve ramp-up after change, introduction of new products or ways of working, or situations where work is driven practically without a formal project structure.
When this support is relevant
- When production or technical initiatives need to be held together in day-to-day operations
- When technical and operational matters need to be handled in parallel in ongoing operations
- When the organization is facing change, scaling, or the introduction of new ways of working
- When new products or variants are to be introduced into production
- When work is carried out in a project-like manner, but without a formal project structure or dedicated roles
- When a facility has been verified but daily operation is not yet stable
What the support may include
The content of the engagement is adapted to the situation and needs, but typically combines technical understanding with operational presence in the organization.
- Interim project leadership or technical coordination in day-to-day contexts
- Operational support during change, start-up, or the introduction of new ways of working
- Coordination between engineering, production, procurement, and external parties
- Support during commissioning, ramp-up, or stabilization of production
- Design and implementation of practical working methods in production
Way of working
In interim and operational assignments, I work closely with the organization and am present in day-to-day operations. The focus is on creating momentum and stability in the current situation, while considering consequences over time.
The work is carried out primarily on site in the organization, close to production and daily workflows, in collaboration with existing roles and functions.
The way of working is adapted to the organization’s conditions and aims to create clarity in how the work is structured, how collaboration takes place, and how decisions are made in practice.
Engagement model
The assignment is structured as a time-limited engagement, adapted to the organization’s needs and current situation.
Scope, focus, and time horizon are defined jointly and may be adjusted as the understanding of the assignment develops.
