MS Industry Consulting supports automation projects where requirements, decisions, and execution must hold throughout the project lifecycle. Engagements can be focused on specific phases, but are often delivered as integrated support across larger parts of the project. This reduces interfaces, simplifies decision-making, and creates better conditions for stable operations – especially in complex investments.

Production flows & internal logistics

An analysis of production flows is not initiated solely when clear problems have been identified. It is also used to build understanding and decision support ahead of changes, investments, and new ways of working – when the organization wants to understand consequences before decisions are made.

I support organizations in analysing how production and internal logistics interact in practice, which assumptions the flow is built upon, and where dependencies or constraints may arise as conditions change. When relevant, the engagement may also continue in support of subsequent initiatives.

When this support is relevant

What the support may include

The analysis is adapted to the organization’s conditions and aims to create understanding of how flows, ways of working, and dependencies interact in practice. The focus is on real flows and actual constraints – not on introducing predefined models or generic methods.

Way of working

The work is carried out in close collaboration with the organization and builds on existing structures, available data, and the experience of the people involved. The focus is on understanding how flows actually function in day-to-day operations – rather than applying theoretical models.

The work is carried out primarily on site in the organization, close to everyday operations.

The analysis is conducted with the intention of creating a shared understanding that can support further decisions, prioritizations, or changes.

Engagement model

The assignment is structured as a time-limited engagement, adapted to the organization’s needs and current situation.

Scope, focus, and time horizon are defined jointly and may be adjusted as the understanding of the assignment develops.

Would you like to discuss how your production flows actually function today, or what consequences upcoming decisions may have? An initial conversation can provide perspective ahead of further decisions.
