Project support

In complex automation projects, challenges rarely originate from a single technical solution. They arise in interfaces, handovers, and decisions made on unclear or incomplete information.

My project support focuses on contributing structure, clarity, and momentum when complexity increases or when the project as a whole is not held together in practice. I step in to align technical, operational, and organizational perspectives within the project – either with an overarching system view or by reinforcing specific functions where the need is greatest.

The scope of the project support is adapted to the needs of the project and may cover selected phases or larger parts of the execution. The intention is to create clarity and conditions for focused execution within the project – not to introduce new processes or additional administration.

Way of working

I work closely with the project’s key stakeholders and adapt my approach to existing structures. The focus is on contributing experience, technical understanding, and a system-level perspective, as well as clarifying roles, decision paths, and collaboration where required for effective execution.

Engagement model

The assignment is structured as a time-limited engagement, adapted to the organization’s needs and current situation.

Scope, focus, and time horizon are defined jointly and may be adjusted as the understanding of the assignment develops.
